Today was a day of real. Just one of those days where I get really real in my head when it comes to things that need more resolution. A mentally get shit done day. The moon was in Virgo & I find Virgo moon days organized but also annoying. Annoying in the way that I end up resolving stuff. Virgo moon is like a slap every month. I call it the logic moon. Great time to hone in on masterminding emotions and seeing “reality” and doing perspective check ins. Sometimes you have to let a person go 8 million times in your head & instead of thinking you’re failing just know that each time is a step to freedom & sweet release. 5 Reasons to Start a #Morning #Meditation Practice 1.
