Čas za proslavljanje (zato pa ta smajli na posnetku)...končno sem ugotovil SKRIVNOST 2-, 5- in 7-minutnih čudežnih treningov, o katerih govori veliko trenerjev strokovnjakov (po možnosti še vedno v svojih 20-ih letih). Šalo na stran...#➡️ V letih treniranja sem ugotovil, da za odpornost telesa, boljše počutje in izboljšanje fizičnih zmožnosti lahko veliko naredimo s t.i. ponovitvami, ki "ne štejejo". Namen teh ponovitev je, da jih ne upoštevamo, kot del trening programa. Izvedemo jih tako, da ne obremenjujemo telesa do izčrpanosti, ravno nasprotno...ponovitve razporedimo čez cel dan. Vzemimo za primer skleco: če boste vsak dan naredili 100 sklec (ne naenkrat, temveč skozi cel dan, npr. 10 serij z 10-imi ponovitvami), bo to zneslo cca 300 sklec na mesec...in cca 3600 sklec v enem letu. Se vam zdi, da se bo ta letna količina sklec kje poznala?!? Bodite trdno prepričani, da JA! Po še enem nekoliko daljšem delovniku sem si vzel 10 minut časa za ponovitve, ki ne štejejo #🤙 ⬇️ ⬇️ ⬇️ I finally got it and it's time to celebrate (thus the smiley). I discovered THE SECRET of those 2-, 5- and 7-minute workouts promoted by a lot of 20-and something-years old expert trainers. Ok ok enough of BS...#🚫 In all those years of training I realised that we can do a lot for our body strength and health when we incorporate "reps that don't count" into our daily routine. The point of those reps is not to be exhausted, quite the #oposite ...do them throught the day and do not count them as your regular workout program. Let's take pushups as example: if you do 100 pushups a day (say 10x10 reps throughout the day), it will add an extra 300 (on average) reps per month and 3600 (on average) reps per year. Now, do you think all those reps will be visible somewhere?!? You can be [email protected] right they WILL!
